ULO Systems targets Dutch offshore wind sector

Applying over half a century of offshore oil and gas experience, ULO Systems has identified the Netherlands as a key offshore wind market. The leadership team recently announced the appointment of Joselime Perdomo as its European Business Development Manager. Joselime will be dedicating her time to strengthening our market position along with managing relationships with new and existing clients.
Based in the Netherlands, Joselime is well positioned to offer the specialised grouting products and services ULO provides, to the booming Dutch offshore wind sector.
In 2018, the Dutch Government laid out its Offshore Wind Energy Roadmap, focused on further developing the country’s offshore win energy. The plans include building 7 GW more offshore wind capacity between 2023 in three windfarm zones: Holland Coast, north of the Wadden Sea Islands and Ijmuiden Far Offshore. On June 28 2019, the Netherlands announced a Climate Agreement, which will create further demand and growth in the country’s onshore and offshore wind.
As part of the agreement, the Netherlands seeks to cut CO 2 emissions by 49 per cent by 2030, far surpassing it’s 2020 goal of 25 per cent. By 2030, 75 per cent of electricity in the Netherlands will be provided by renewables. For more information on how ULO Systems can assist in the successful
