Moray East is a highly competitive offshore wind project which was granted consent (1,116MW) in 2014 by the Scottish Government. The 950MW Moray East offshore wind farm will generate power at £57.50/MWhr – or 5.75p/kWhr – which is less than half the price of power generated by offshore wind farms under construction today. Once completed 40% of Scotland’s electricity will be provided by this windfarm powering 950 thousand homes throughout the UK.

ULO efficaciously performed the structural grouting services utilizing ULO equipment and personnel for the purpose of executing the installation of 100 numbers of Wind Turbine Foundations (comprising of three-legged jackets) and 3 Nos Offshore Substation Platform Foundations. In addition, ULO has manufactured and supplied fourteen 100 MT silos within the stipulated time.
