ULO Systems LLC announces the introduction of a modern innovative grout connector that is cost effective, robust, and will pro vide long term utilization for the oil & gas and renewable energy industry.
Connectors do not require any specifically built male fittings when attaching grout line to annulus inlet. The ULO grout connector relies on a simple standard A200 Camlok available globally to be prefitted to the grout injection line with the whip check lug removed before installation on to the grout line as a permanent fixture.
Connectors are robust, solid, compact and easily handled by ROV and Diver.
Servicing, repairs and maintenance are minimal and can be carried out efficiently by inexperience personnel.
Safe working pressure of up to 60 Bar / 880 PSI. Test pressure up to 100 Bar.

Upper grout hose connection (Standard 2” A200 Camlock) can be supplied with swivel and enlarged bell if required.
Bell shaped female entrance to give guidance when aligning connector subsea.
Pull / push lever to lock / unlock connector.
Internal seal stop any possibility of grout leakage when lever is engaged.
2” NB vertical pipe step, prefixed to pile sleeve prior to installation. End is threaded and complete with standard 2” A200 SS Camlock fitting.
2” quarter turn ball valve to stop entrained grout from existing inlet point upon disconnection of connector.
