Alcohol/Drug Abuse and No Smoking Policy

The Management of ULO is committed to a provision of a safe, drug & alcohol free environment, healthy and productive workplace and therefore :

  • Forbids the consumption, sale, transfer, purchase, possession,  offer or provide for whatever reason, drugs or substances with similar effect at work and on Company  premises.
  • Forbids the consumption possession, distribution of alcohol on company premises and prohibits drunkenness at the workplace, regardless of where the alcohol is consumed.
  • Forbids smoking at the workplace. A ‘smoking area’ is identified to protect personnel from ‘passive smoking’ at the workplace.
